Cute Kids Limited Home-based Education and Childcare was founded on the belief that early childhood education plays a major role in a child’s ability to develop skills and learn throughout life.
As per physiologists children who had a focus of learning whilst in a home environment appeared better equipped to learn in the future.
We offer parents the chance to enrol their children to learn and play in a nurturing homebased environment. Our group of well-trained, in-home educators offer a unique and flexible service for parents who want to set their children up to love learning and have fun.
All Cute Kids educators are police vetted, reference checked and we make sure that their homes are safe for the children in care and meets stringent health and safety requirements.
Children experience one-on-one interaction with a consistent and responsive educator. Each educator is allowed only four children at any time. This gives the child more child to adult time, so their needs are recognised and responded to. They have less exposure to illness and have their daily needs catered for individually.
We believe that parents are the child’s first teacher and value their input and feedback in partnership with us, for the benefit of the child.
Educators provide daily feedback of children’s play experiences, learning opportunities and progress. Each child’s progress can be seen from his/her portfolio and Child Diary. They aim to help children grow up as competent, confident learners and communicators by providing different activities such as blocks, play dough, paints, books, puzzles, sand and water play, listening to stories, indoor & outdoor play, singing and dancing… thereby enhancing the child’s learning and development by expanding on these experiences.
Our Programme Coordinators/Visiting Teachers are qualified New Zealand Early Childhood Teachers who support educators in providing quality home-based care and education by developing individual programmes to meet your child’s needs that reflect their physical, emotional, social and cognitive needs
Our goal is to give your child the right start for their schooling years. Research has consistently shown that the foundations for learning are formed in first few years of life – and the quality of the relationship formed between your child and the person looking after them is the most important element.
